OUR GUARANTEE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Week one class is mandatory. Be one half hour early – NO SHOW, NO REFUND!
2) Weeks 2 – 6. You are allowed to miss ONE week.
3) NO guarantee if you miss WEEK 7.

OUR GUARANTEE:  You Must:

1) Fulfill the attendance requirements
2) Do all the required homework assignments
3) Pay all the required fees by week 4
4) Take the state exam within two weeks after the end of the course … NO EXCEPTIONS
5) Email us your exam score report within one week of your exam date and schedule your next class.

If you pass the State Exam , Congratulations!!

If you fail the State Exam, Don’t Give Up. Take the course over for FREE!
1) You can take the NEXT available class at your original school location or at any other of our school locations in Mass. FREE!  (Example: If you take the January class and fail the exam you may take the NEXT class starting in April.)
2)You have only 1 opportunity to retake the course for FREE.

We will reimburse your exam fee, for your second test, if:
1) You must take the next available class.
2) Attend all 7 classes (You must have 100% attendance for 2 consecutive classes)
3) Email your exam results to us within one week of your exam date. Within 2 weeks, we will forward you a check to reimburse your exam fee expense.

NO GUARANTEE:  If You:

1) Miss more than 1 class or miss week 1 or 7.
2) Do not do the required homework assignments.
3) Do not pay all required fees by week 4.
4) Do not take the state exam within 2 weeks after the end of the course.
5) Do not schedule your next class within 1 week of receipt of your exam results.

COURSE WITHDRAWAL, REFUND and TRANSFER POLICIES

Course withdrawal and refund deadline:

You must request a course withdrawal via email at least 24 hours before the start of class to receive a 100% refund.

There are no refunds issued after the start of class.

There is a $25 administration fee for credit card refunds. There is no charge for a check issued refund.

No-Shows: If you are a NO SHOW the first night of class, there is NO REFUND!

Transfer guidelines and fees:

If you request a course transfer 2 weeks before the start of class, there is no charge.

If you request a course transfer 1 week before the start of class, there is a $100 transfer fee.

If you request a course transfer after class starts (and you were present the first night) there is a $150 transfer fee.

If you are a no show the first night of class and want to then transfer to the next session, there is a $250 transfer fee.
