If you fail the State Exam, Don’t Give Up. Take the course over for FREE! 1) You can take the NEXTavailable class at your original school location or at any other of our school locations in Mass. FREE! (Example: If you take the January class and fail the exam you may take the NEXT class starting in April.) 2)You have only 1 opportunity to retake the course for FREE.
We will reimburse your exam fee, for your second test, if: 1) You must take the next available class. 2) Attend all 7 classes (You must have 100% attendance for 2 consecutive classes) 3) Email your exam results to us within one week of your exam date. Within 2 weeks, we will forward you a check to reimburse your exam fee expense.
NO GUARANTEE: If You:
1) Miss more than 1 class or miss week 1 or 7. 2) Do not do the required homework assignments. 3) Do not pay all required fees by week 4. 4) Do not take the state exam within 2 weeks after the end of the course. 5) Do not schedule your next class within 1 weekof receipt of your exam results.
COURSE WITHDRAWAL, REFUND and TRANSFER POLICIES
Course withdrawal and refund deadline:
You must request a course withdrawal via email at least 24 hours before the start of class to receive a 100% refund.
There are no refunds issued after the start of class.
There is a $25 administration fee for credit card refunds. There is no charge for a check issued refund.
