1) <\/span>Fulfill the attendance requirements
2) Do all the required homework assignments
3) Pay all the required fees by week 4
4) Take the state exam within two weeks after the end of the course … NO EXCEPTIONS<\/strong><\/span>
5) Email us your exam score report within one week of your exam date and schedule your next class.<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you fail the State Exam, <\/b><\/span>Don\u2019t Give Up<\/b><\/span>.<\/span> Take the course over for <\/b><\/span><\/span>FREE!<\/span>
<\/u><\/b><\/span>1) You can take the NEXT<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>available class at your original school location or at any other of our school locations in Mass. FREE<\/u>! <\/strong><\/span> (Example: If you take the January class and fail the exam you may take the NEXT class starting in April.)<\/em>
2)You have only 1<\/u><\/strong><\/span> opportunity to retake the course for FREE. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
We will reimburse<\/u><\/span> your exam fee, for your second<\/u><\/span> test, if:<\/span>
<\/b><\/span>1) You must take the next<\/u><\/span> available class.
2) Attend all 7<\/b><\/span> classes (You must have 100% attendance for 2 consecutive classes)<\/strong><\/span>
3) Email your exam results to us within one week of your exam date. Within 2 weeks, we will forward you a check to reimburse<\/span><\/strong><\/span> your exam fee expense.<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
NO GUARANTEE: <\/span><\/span> If You:<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
1) Miss more than 1 class<\/b><\/span> or miss week 1 or 7<\/span>.
2) Do not do the required homework<\/b><\/span> assignments.

4) Do not take the state exam within 2 weeks<\/b><\/span> after the end of the course.

Course withdrawal and refund deadline:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
You must request a course withdrawal via email<\/span> at least 24 hours before the start of class<\/span> to receive a 100% refund. <\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
There are <\/font>no refund<\/span>s issue<\/font><\/span>d after the start of class. <\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
There is a $25 administration fee for credit card refunds. There is no charge for a check issued refund. <\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you request a course transfer 2 weeks before<\/span> the start of class, there is no charge.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
If you request a course transfer 1 week before<\/span> the start of class, there is a $100 transfer fee.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
If you request a course transfer after class starts<\/span> (and you were present the first night) there is a $150 transfer fee.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
If you are a no show the first night<\/span> of class and want to then transfer to the next session, there is a $250 transfer fee.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
